AI Packages Question

I've got what I figure is going to be a fairly simple question, but I've yet to find an answer in the tutorial videos I've found.

 

I'm looking to set up a slightly more complex AI package for my Dawnguard Sentries so I can make the mod a bit more immersive.  The idea being I'll have two shifts, and the off duty shift will sleep or hang out in the town pub(s)...  Something like that.

 

From watching the tutorials like DarkFox127's, I get how to set up the time schedule side of it.  Where I'm a little lost is the rest of it.  The tutorials only SEEM to cover sandboxing during each time block a NPC has assigned.  Lets use Whiterun as an example...  I want the Sentries to keep to their patrol idle markers, or they'll end up camped on Adrianne's blacksmithing stations all day.  That happened in early versions of the mod even when I removed the option to do so from their sandbox package, whic is why they use idle markers now.  When their shift is up, I want them to head to the Drunken Huntsman and Bannered Mare, and loiter there until it's time to start their shift again.

 

I assume getting an NPC to zone is just a matter of pointing them at the door "teleporter" marker like it was an idle marker.  I can have them sandbox once they're in the inns also.  I'm just not sure how to get them use idle markers as part of an AI Package
