Are these animations integrated into the regular sexlab animations? How come there are no installation instructions for this mod? And why isn't this a 7z file?

Animators do this stuff in their spare time for free, you know that right? Sorry, i didn't know that the mod was mainly a modders resource and I was confused by the installation instructions. I know NOTHING about scripting.
