Game crashes with Devious Devices

Hello all,

 

Been trying to get my skyrim back up and running with my second Mod Organizer profile for my kinky sex stuff.

 

I've been testing for hours and managed to get a list of mods that are working together however whenever I load up Devious Assets I get a CTD upon game load. I've run FNIS, LOOT, hada sift through some papyrus logs but not sure what is specifically causing the error

 

I've disabled some mods previously for testing to no avail. Also trying different saves yield the same CTD

 

Any feedback (and/or suggestions) would be greatly appreciated.

Crash on loading a saved game is common with heavily scripted mods - including almost every SexLab dependant mod.

 

The usual workaround is to open the console at the main menu and use coc qasmoke or coc whiterun to get into the game quickly then load your problem save from the escape menu. This will become your normal method of loading a game.

 

Also you need to run LOOT as your Unofficial Patches are not in the correct order.

ok I've done as requested, fixed the load order.

 

I can also load in with the coc and then loading the save however my game tends to CTD about 60% of the time even using this method.

 

Could there be anything else causing this? Or am I simply running too many intensive mods?

That load order still doesn't look right. The top should be:

 

Skyrim.esm
Update.esm
Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp
Dawnguard.esm
Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp
HearthFires.esm
Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp
Dragonborn.esm
Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp
 

That's what LOOT is supposed to be doing. If it's not then something is wrong. You'll need to look at any warnings it's generating.

 

Actor events doesn't seem to be supported any more, it hasn't been updated in long time. Uninstall it and anything that depends on it.

 

If it is still Devious Devices Assets that is causing the CTD then I would recommend searching the DDA support thread to see if anyone else has encountered the issue.
