HyperMix
Using this as a sounding board. If you have several presets in racemenu stored, is it possible to have something like "PS Universal PC NPC Body Changer" that allows you to load saved Racemenu presets onto an NPC? Just the bodyshape rather than hair, skin and eye colour? Link to comment
Anatriax
I'm pretty sure the only way to do that is to customize the NPC in CK. There IS a mod something like "Everybody's Different" or something like that, but I've never tried it because I've heard that there are major instability issues and conflicts. Link to comment
Vykroft
The best way to do that is by using CK as Anatriax told you. You need to create a custom body armor, with custom textures and assign it to the NPC you want to change, save it in a .esp and load it in skyrim. That the only way I know to give every single NPC a different body. Link to comment

Vykroft
Ok, but is your game, and you should be the one fixing the weights if any other mod change it, is not so difficult in game. And if a mod change something you don't like it, then load the head with racemenu import option, fix the weight there, re-export the nif, and fix the path of the textures in it. Is pretty simple actually. Link to comment
guk
Bodyslide + RaceMenu already have exactly what you are looking for. You can assign Bodymorph scripts to every individually named NPC, so pretty much every female in the game can have an entirely unique bodyshape WITHOUT requiring 300 different meshes for each body/outfit. This is done based on their Editor ID, so certain generic NPCs like "Guard" can only use 1 morph. Doesn't mean that all bandits or guards will have the same body, but if they have the same face they have to share the same morph.Currently there is no mod that makes use of this in full scale; what you can already do as end-user is to morph your character and followers in-game through Bodyslide, RaceMenu and Extensible Follower Framework.I am working on a full set of vanilla outfits for UUNP-Bodyslide, once that is done i'll see about making such a Bodymorph-NPC-Overhaul. Just doesn't make much sense without the UUNP outfit conversions.Of course everyone interested can already do this for CBBE-Bodyslide. The only requirements are vanilla outfits and bodies built in BS2 with the "RaceMenu Morphs" option ticked, the BS2 Bodymorph Scripts, and knowledge about how to create Papyrus scripts in the CK. This sounds perfect. I didn't even know there was BS2.5. I will check this out and try and understand it. Currently I am using 7BO so I stopped using CBBE ages ago. Can you please explain to me how "Extensible Follower Framework" interacts with Racemenu. I've been using it for months now and I don't see how it can be used in morphing. Maybe it will be obvious once installed. Thank you (There doesn't seem to be a UUNP outfits thread. CBBE it is) Link to comment

In the dialogue wheel: Command -> More -> Tattoos should bring up the racemenu for your followers. You should get the latest versions for everything, and pick the bodymorph/racemenu options in the BS2 installer. And yeah for UUNP you'll need patience, most people still don't know what it does or even that it exists. Link to comment
