Strange worsening lag problem...

Hi!!

 

This is my first post on that great site. I thank helpers in advance.

 

I have a very strange problem with my modded skyrim. When i start a new game with a new character, everything works perfectly. But always, after i have played a little with the character, it begins to lag. The lagging is hardly noticeable, but slowly it becomes unbearable. The game lags only when i look at player character, when i look elsewhere (with free camera), there is no lag. NPCs do not cause any FPS drop, like the player character, not even many of them on screen at the same time. I have also noticed that when only the PC's feet or only the head are on the screen, there is no lag. So the lagging is caused by the player character's torso, arms or maybe boobs or belly (several mods trying to alter the size of boobs and belly, causing script lag?) The lagging is also present when looking from first person (problems with skeleton?).

 

If anyone knows about possible cause of this, i am very thankful for any help.

A lot of your mods are likely heavily script based. 

We have no way of knowing which mods may be problematic if you don't provide us with a load order, and complete mod list. 

After diagnosis of trouble mods you may likely have to start (yet another) new game, as any previous saves will still have remnants of the mods in them.

no one ever had same problem? i know im bound to confront problems with max amount of mods but i wonder which mods could cause problems ONLY when looking at pc?

It might be HDT, you might want to try a different HDT pack.

 

There are a few for download here on LL.

 

Try the HDT downloads thread.

You will have issues with the BBlucerysuite and DD mods such as Captured Dreams.

Sadly this might be related to Deadly Drain, if you use it frequently something with the draining effects seem to stay behind lagging up the game. I'm investigating the issue but you should run a save game cleaner and then when you cleaned it pick a lower effects level in Deadly Drain and see if that helps.
