RPG Maker VX RTP japanese version, (if I remember correctly.)  The demo does have an english option, at the bottom of the options menu.  It's not complete for all stats screens, but most of the important info is translated.

could you provide a short summary of what it includes? it would help us who would rather know what it includes before downloading it.

The demo is you are a princess and dragon maiden, you wander around following the storyline and then there's a room where you can experience the defeat system. The art is really nice and significant encounters have fully drawn images. There's not a ton in there right now but it shows promise.
