Kernel39 Posted June 5, 2015 Posted June 5, 2015 Someone should make a mod for hearthfire that features modern-day furniture and decor with lightbulbed lamps, power outlets, showers, toilets, modern beds, couches, tables, televisions, computers, alarm clocks next to beds, refrigerators, washers, dryers, microwave ovens, wallpaper, tile flooring, ceiling fans, heating ducts, garages with cars parked in them, and everything you would typically see in a modern-day house and not some 12th century medieval dungeon. Does a mod like this already exist?
jordisslave Posted June 5, 2015 Posted June 5, 2015 There is a driveable car mod and I'm sure people have done what you've asked, there is the odd screenshot of a Skyrim character standing in a tiled kitchen, or reclining on a modern sofa. Keep looking as it's around somewhere, I just couldn't direct you to it. It might help to read chinese.
prakhan Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 you could make it yourself =) Start with a few mods that add the assets like Halos amazing mod Aether suite http://mod.dysintropi.me/ or any of the other ones out there Q world there is a modern player home on LL somewhere Then use jaxonz to move around stuff till you have what you like you can also cut and paste assets like furniture statues its a lot of fun Get this mod Jaxonz Positioner by Jaxonz http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52583/? Move objects, furniture, mannequins, weapon plaques, and just about anything else with Jaxonz Positioner. No more fumbling around! Positioner gives you fine motor skills to move things around with absolute accuracy. Positioner is an in-game decorating tool that lets you: Move practically any object in the game, including grabbable objects, furniture, containers, and statics. Move complex objects such as mannequins, weapon plaques, and display cases. Collect any grabbed static as an inventory item and take it home. Duplicate objects. Change object scale. Lock objects in place to prevent them from being disturbed, either one at a time or in the entire cell. Undo mistakes, for worry-free editing. Manipulate objects from DLC and 3rd party mods. Select and manipulate lights! New!

Shadowhawk827 Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 It's not a Hearthfire house, but I have to mention Modern Safehouse, hosted right here. Amazing piece of work considering it was made with all vanilla assets.
