Missing Model & info in Nifskope

Hey everyone, I got an issue I am trying to transfer a dress from the zip file to a folder & when I do the model & it's information are non-existent but when I transfer from the zip to my desktop everything appears as it should does anyone have a clue what might be going on with this??  I have downloaded the same mod 7 times thinking it might be a fubar with my internet, But it only happens with this mod

I found my problem I named the folder with a character icon in it Like this --->  ( ' )   Word of warning don't do this!!!   Oie!!!!!!!
