CS question: linking chest with vendor

Working on a little mod for myself where I have a store with a bunch of vendors that sell all the DMRA equipment I have collected over the years.

 

I am a CS novice, and I cannot figure out to link a vendor the chest that contains all the items they sell.  I already have a vendor actor in my store and a chest for them sitting right outside the walls.  I just need to link them, that is all.

Simply set the ownership of the chest to the merchant. The chest in the cell.

And the merchant must have the "Buys/Sells and Services" and selected armor and clothes.

 

Edit: ups .... the AI Package must have "Offers Services"
