Animations not working after talking

Ok, i was searching around and I saw some topics about animations not working, but none of them worked for me, well as far as I know.

 

I was trying to update every single sexout mod, and I heavily believe that the updating thing screwed everything up, I used tregarin's list to update and I might have installed not the most latest files.

 

Im completely confused right now, cuz some mods dont have the latest files on them.

 

If anyone could supply some links of the latest files, I could try updating and taking a look.

 

EDIT: Lol forgot to mention what happens.

Well, as usually, i talk to a NPC and ask him to have sex, the dialog is all fine, and after the NPC agrees to have sex, dialog ends and nothing happens.

Ive tried removing some mods, but still the same, Ive run out of ideas.

Uhh. it worked fine before I tryed updating sexout. Im not even sure what UWHNV is.

Ill try to find out.

 

EDIT: Im pretty sure that UWHNV is not an animation...

I hate to jump on that bandwaggon' date=' but I have the same issue. After updating my Sexout there are no longer animations playing after talking.

I had a similar problem. After initiating conversation, my console looked like this:

 

Sexout.actorA changed to [NPCNAME]

Sexout.actorB changed to [PCNAME]

Sexout.actorB changed to

 

The problem seems to be that Sexout.actorB is resetting too early.

 

I think the problem stems from the current version of Sexout, which I gather is a beta. I was able to fix it by swapping out my Sexout.esm file with one of the older backups available in the plugin folder, in this case the file "Sexout_1.3.56.esm.bak"

 

This seems to have fixed the problem and the animation now executes properly, with Sexout.actorA and Sexout.actorB resetting properly after the animation executes. I'm not sure if this is the problem you're having, but it might be worth a shot.

Same issue for me, since we're jumping on bandwagons. I also think it has to do with me installing the latest version of Sexout (or the anims, whatever), unfortunately, I don't have the old file backed up (I overwrite so I won't have a mess of files, though in retrospect, that's a bad idea), so now I'm up the creek without a paddle since the older Sexout files aren't on the OP. The only other thing I added today was the Mikoto Beauty pack, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.

 

Last time this happened, I just did a clean re-install of all the Sexout downloads on the main thread, as well as a stable Brutal Rapers from page 61 in that thread. Didn't help this time, though. Again, the only difference is the newer download for Sexout and Mikoto's Beauty Pack.

Thanks for all the suggestions. After I get home I will immediatly test this out and report what I've got.

 

EDIT: Havent tested it yet, as im at the work right now, BUT, I highly believe that this is indeed the NVSE V5.

 

You guys should read at the official SexoutNG page, it does say that the new version requires the V5 NVSE.

 

So yeah, if this doesnt work, Ill try getting the older version...

It also says it's a requirement in the posts made by Prideslayer when he updated.

 

Why do people bother downloading things when they don't understand what they're downloading?

Well anyways, it is the V5 NVSE. Just got back home and tested it, works like a charm. Now go ahead everyone install V5 NVSE. And yes, it works with Fallout New Vegas 4Gb.

Next sexout release will prominently feature a warning/error if you have a version of the extender that is too old. Not having the extender at all will just result in a crash unless there is a core NVSE function to check that an NVSE plugin is available -- I haven't looked but I don't believe there is one.

Lol, i have read it once, the first time installing, and I thought that if i need something else, its gonna be writen down in the download section.

yeah me too, got the V5 version and nothing work, can you tell me what we have to do with the bak files? i mean a step-by-step or something?
