Khajiit feet help (custom texture normal map / nif issue)

Hi,

I'm using Digitigrade beast feet and a self-modified version of the SC Khajiit improvement textures. My khajiit's feet have a lighting issue where the feet look like the lighting source is ~ 90 degrees out from where it actually is. Unfortunately I can't work out how to fix it! The possible fixes I've tried without success:

-use nifscope to flip normals of the digitigrade feet mesh (I reverted to the original file afterwards)

-invert each channel of R/G/B on the normal map for the feet texture (7 combinations)

Can anyone suggest another possible solutions?

Thanks!

Check the flags under BSlightshaderproperties?

Maybe it needs an Alphaproperty?

Thanks for replying.

All the flags (and all other properties) in BSLightShaderProperties seem to match the ones in malebody_0. nif. I opened them both in nifscope and alt-tabbed between the two windows, couldn't see any discrepencies.

I've tried looking up what Alphaproperty is but haven't found anything useful yet. I'll keep looking.

In BSLightShaderProperties look for (and tweak) these:

EmissiveColor <--Should be black

Emissive Multiple <-- should be 0

Glossiness <--should be around 30'

Specular strenght <-- should be 1

Skin Tint color <---should be black

If none of those fixes it check your textures,

Edit*

Oh, i forgot,

The alphaProperty is for transparenies.
