Brighter screenshots with external program?

Hey everyone,

 

Last night I noticed, the screenshots made with Steam have a horrible quality. So I tried out an external program to make screenshots, saved as .PNG or .JPEG with better quality. I used "Hypersnap" and the pics are more sharpen, really great! But: All pics are a lot darker than the screenshots I made with Steam .

 

I don't want to edit every single screenshot with Photoshop to make them brighter. So what can I do? Yes I'm using ENB, but why are the Steam screenshots 1:1 and the pics from external prog. much darker?

 

Can I try some other software?

Well, I took some screenshots with ENB (named as "enb ...*date*".bmp). These shots are dark like the Hypersnap-shots.

You should be able to use PhotoShop or GIMP to change the gamma levels

Try SweetFX screenshot tool. Usually part of most enb configs

Taken from Steam. Seems fine to me.
