No there isn't. He means use the prntscn key like you would to take a screen in game except you have to go to paint and paste it and then highlight the one's he's referring to.

If the Print Screen key does not work, either your keyboard or your OS is busted and you have bigger problems than Fallout mods not working.

You should look into your game ini file ...

Ok, I am not sure wich one you need, there are more then one:

Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini in your MyGames/FalloutNV/ Folder

or fallout_default.ini in your Steam/.../FalloutNV/ Folder

 

There you should find and entry:

[Display]
[...]

bAllowScreenShot=1

 

If this is 0 [ZERO] you can't make screenshots.

 

You have to figure out wich ini-file you have to edit. And set it to 1

once you hit prntscn on your desktop, open paint and you can go to the top under edit where it says paste with a clip board icon click on that and then click paste, or hit ctrl + v key hotkey to paste.
