interactive8 Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 Hi there, i wonder if you would find a moment or two to help me with one minor thing. There aren't many places where man can freelu speak about naked mods, so i though loverslab would be best place to ask. Recently i installed ,,Real girl realistic body" mod, before i used to go over with jus UNP, and sporty sweat addon and this problem didn't occur there, but with ,,RGRB" (real girl realistic body i will uste that shorcut from now ) body looks awful when i'm standing in shadows, butt lines look like bledned together, i can't see any sweat drops etc. In interior and in direct light it looks great, but then in shadows and night when i'm oustide it's look very bad. Is there any solution for this problem, so RGRB wouldn't look so awakard in shadows? Mods that i use that in any way affect lightning or body itself Better Female by Bella v3 + Better female by Bella Less make up v2 No more ugly bronze shine v.1.4a_UNP Climates of tamriel Sweat sporty unp body Here come screenshot how bad it looks when standing in shadow: Here in sunny place: Boobs comparision:
Guest Suited Prawns Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 God these pictures take long to load. Anyway, im pretty sure thats just skyrims awful lighting engine, id recommend downloading an enb, if you cant run any (Though theres allways ones you can run) you could even try I cant believe its not enb though im not a big fan of it. nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/63839/? Whoops, almost double posted there.
interactive8 Posted May 17, 2015 Author Posted May 17, 2015 Yeah i already tried using i can't believe it's not an enb 3, but it really don't make any diffrence , it's still looks the same if not worse >_>. Also i tried Enhanced Lighting overhaul, but no luck too. So i quess problem must be somewhere else. Maybe i will start running with magelight attachted to my ass, who knows .
Sailing Rebel Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 This is a known issue with the Real Girl texture: it looks great under certain lighting conditions and terrible under others. I'm no texture expert but it looks to me like the issue is down to the way shadows appear to be "burned" into the texture rather than allowing the lighting engine to do it's job. As you've noted this is particularly evident when the character is in shadow with ambient lighting (like standing in the shadow of an exterior structure) where they appear to have a very slight glow that flattens the texture and makes the burned in shadows look like dirt. I'm afraid there is nothing to be done about this but use a different skin texture.
interactive8 Posted May 18, 2015 Author Posted May 18, 2015 Hmm it's kinda sad, i really liked this one, especially the face textures . I think if even it would be possible, to merge somehow, face textures from Real Girl texture with another better-looking-in-every-condition body texture, face would be dark as carbon, and the rest of the body wouldn't match at all. Maybe i will find something simmilar, sigh. I already tried SG textures but it's not my cup of tea. Anyway thanks eveyrone for the feedback .

Your better off just sticking with one Body/Face package, The thing is finding a decent skin is going to be darn hard a lot of the skins out there are pretty much reworked from some other download. What I'm trying to get at is that for the most part there are like 90 skins for UNP and the bulk are just reworked recycled skins. I ended up going with Fair Skin then I ran it through Ordinator because the skin comes maxed Res which is too much. You really wont have any luck trying to mix and match skins but you might fake it with Texblend thing is it'll still look bad.
interactive8 Posted May 18, 2015 Author Posted May 18, 2015 Thanks of advice, then i think i will give texblend a miss, i quess i wouldn't even know how to do it properly . Yeah there are plenty to choose from, i already tried one or two, some gives you very porcelan doll look, and other makes you granny. At last i'm not the rogue or the vampire and i don't have to stick to the shadows where i look the worst , I wonder if real girl will be ever continued, after all it's still a WIP, and year passed since latest update but there's always hope or maybe someone one day will realase some kind of fix/patch. I guess it may be the also the problem with specific face of my char, maybe if i would make her up on diffrent body and head textures from the start, she would look diffrent , but for now nothing really suits her more than Real girl. Btw someone notcied the head of this vampire, laying on the ground in front of me on second screen? He closed hs eyes because from his side, he had view on shadow-boobs, and he couldn't watch at them anymore. //Quickupdate Recently i was wondering if i would be able to run an ENB without 15 fps, and i installed realvision due to it's popularity, maybe i will try some others later too. I think i succed i get something like 50-60 fps and huge drops here and there , but it's still pretty much, playable and pretty in the very same way. The thing is that realistic girl body, in shadows now look a bit better, still not perfect but an class higher thatn these i got before, maybe with other enb it would look even better, who knows. Just if someone would like to know an had simmilar problem with this mod ^^.
