a simple console question

hey everyone this is my 1st thread

 

anwz, down to business.

 

i just installed fallout 3 and i have this simple question.

 

what is the command i should use to search for a weapon/armor?

 

in skyrim you just typed help "armor name" 4 and u would then get the code for that armor...

Nothing like that at present. You need to look up the ID in the wiki or geck, or install a cheat mod like portable cheat terminal and use it to add items to your inventory -- the terminal and wiki are limited to vanilla items, whereas you can look up any item in the geck if you have the mod loaded.
