Problems with the Defeat Mod

So yesterday I downloaded several mods that use SexLab, and they all worked except Defeat. In the MCM menu for Defeat there is very little options, in fact only one on each page. Each page only has the word disabled. When I click the word nothing changes. 

Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you activate SL Defeat in MCM?

(General Settings -> Mod Status)

Defeat doesn't work Ive been trying to install but either the animations don't work or it just causes massive CTD

Just as a FYI there is a new version of Defeat that came out today. It may or may not fix issues you have.

As posted before, Defeat is a mod you have to start in-game manually. In addition, if you use it in conjunction with Death Alternative, you have to check/prioritize the mod there as well in the OnBleedOut scenarios.
