crash issue after the scene with emmanuel and girl who talks too much

i have played the main quests,untill the beginning of sumire island, most of the side quest are finished but oblivion crashes if i start the scene with emmanuel or the scene with the girl qho talks too much(forget name).

i cant upload my save
