Looking for a mod that makes Summon attack your targeted character or Necro/Summoner Improvements

Hi i want to make a Necro so i'm mainly looking for mods that enable me to have my summon/summons attack a  specified character/monster, can be spell or power i don't care but i want it to work with all summons.

 

I'm also interested in a mod that increases summon limit and their time, i don't want to make it unlimited but i do feel that the default feels to little.
