Some german translations

I've been running across bits of german here and there in my game, most notably the dawnstar brotherhood sanctuary and the quest text for the barbos the dog quest chain, there may be more.

I have absolutely no idea what mod is causing it, and I know it's a long shot, but if anyone might recognize a mod that's possibly the culprit that would be good
