Help to understand Papyrus. [CTD when saving, moving..]

So, i feel bad to open a topic of support already, but this is driving me nuts. I played fine for a week, now, for some strange reason (Probably not really) the game crashes everytime i try to save or move to another location.

 

I got many errors on the Papyrus log that i would like to understand, can you help me out? I know it's not easy, but it seems that i'm too dumb to understand them.

I want to understand what i'm doing wrong in every step, because i really don't get it.

Of course, i've used LOOT, updated FNIS and cleaned up my save with SaveTool. So, i'm in a bind (In the game too ;D). Thanks to whoever will decide to help this poor idiot. :3

The errors in the log look similar to the ones one of my testers had. There are errors at the end of the log with the prefix CRDE which come from Deviously Enslaved. My tester had crashes when custom items were equipped by Captured Dreams caused by the scripts from Deviously Enslaved when they were unable to identify my items.

Wow, such a quick answer, thanks. So, what i have to do? Uninstall DE?

 

But it's weird, it worked fine since now.. and recently i only did the Thieves Guild quest.

 

..Well, there was that blacksmith that placed even more stuff on me, but, apart from the Captured Dreams one, i managed to remove them all xD

Removing DE helped them quite a bit. I am not sure why the issue does not show up immediately, it may have to do with how DE handles detection of the different devices and it has more issues as time goes on.

Ok, those lines disappeared, but the problem is the same. Can't save or move in another location. I guess one problem is gone, but not the big picture. :3

There are still some remnants of those scripts that need worked out:

It looks like it is causing an issue with SkyUI. You can try to use a save cleaner to remove those. If that doesn't work you can try reinstalling Deviously Enslaved, use the console to stop any quests from it then uninstall it again, that should stop those scripts.

Tried, but now it doesn't even load anymore. I always had CTD, but after 4-5 tries i could log in to the game.. now after, like, 15 tries, it does not load anymore.

I noticed that everytime it crashes after Defeat being loaded, but i'm not sure if it's Defeat, the mod after it, or they're not the problem. Even uninstalled Immersive Armors, since it made my new game spin like crazy.

SexLab Aroused Creatures has the last scripts running.

 

Try loading a game made just after the start of a new game then the one you want to play. Since I don't see Alternate Start in your load order the best place to load from is just after going into the keep at Helgen.

Done, i could load the save, tried to wait 5 min, spoke to some NPC's and then tried to save.. crashed again.

 

Now Cursed Loot is at the end of the Papyrus?

I KNOW HOW TO FIX IT! EASY! It requires no mod disabling, .inf changing, save deleting, NOTHING. I fixed it IN-GAME. This is what I did:
1. Load an older save (as long as it doesn't have CTD on save glitch, then load it)
2. Create a NEW save (through pause menu)
3. Type in player.kill
4. Load your latest save (the one that had CTD glitch)
5. Type in player.kill
6. Try saving (I usually just use quicksave)

Some people even had problems with this happening on specific quests try completing them through console and then saving.

Try typing in console player.unequipall and save(indoors) if you have autosave turn it off in your skyrimprefs.ini.

Thanks Saber, but after 100 tries i managed not only to make it work, but i even found what is making my game crash.

 

Basically, it's Lydia inventory. If i open her inventory, even if i do nothing afterwards, the game goes crazy, can't save or move anymore. I'm sure about it because i tested it 10 times.

 

Now the problem is, how can i make her clean again? Since i can't even open her inventory that it crashes? Oh, just to say, she has bondage stuff that they applied to her when we got raped, lol.

Disable and re-enable her? But first make sure you have her leave your service first.
