MrNoobMan Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Hi, i have this problem that crashes my game whenever i try to save Anyone got a clue? I've uploaded my loadorder and papyrus log Papyrus.0.log loadorder.txt
monsta88 Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 I had similar problem once: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/44865-ctd-when-quick-or-autosave/?do=findComment&comment=1121428
monsta88 Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 Talk about the devil, I just got the same problem and this time I can't find a solution. It seems it is connected to the MCM, it seems frozen, not registering or unistalling mods. I tried to reinstall SKSE, but it seems to work fine in other saves. Is there any way to "jumpstart" it in a specific save? Edit: After I cleaned my savegame and restarted my Windows, the mods started registering again and I could save.
MrNoobMan Posted April 29, 2015 Author Posted April 29, 2015 I have tried to use the save cleaner, and it did not work for me I'll check if my MCM is broke like yours was
monsta88 Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 I got the problem back, I have anew fix for it. Follow these steps: 1. Load a game where the save still working. 2. Do a save from the manu (not quicksave) 3. Open console and type: player.kill 4. Immediately, during the death anim, load the game where you can't save. 5. Use console and player.kill again 6. Wait till the death ends, and the save should work.
Vivi Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 I only had this issue if I cleaned a save after I uninstalled certain mods.
