Best Mods to go with UN7B Body?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering which mods are best used with the new UN7B Body Replacer. Currently, I've downloaded modified SG Renewal Textures from the mod's optional files, I've got Eyes of Beauty, ECE, KS Hairdos and Envision Face.

Are there any other mods that would suit the UN7B Body Replacer and also which install order (overwriting files) should I install these mods in because I know they share similar files but I'm not sure which ones are the best to choose from.

Thanks :)

UN7B = UNP based mod = you can use every UNP related mod you can get your hands on; but keep in mind that an UNP armor will not change into a UN7B look just by installing it together with that kind of body. If you want 7B look, you have to create / find the regarding "update".

As for your question ("are there any mods"): if I may say, most people tend to not answer to questions like "hi I'm new, what are good mods". Not saying, that your question will never be answered by more interested people, but you will receive better results when giving the input what you know and what you would like to know. That might not be a very constructive reply to your request, but I hope you don't take it as an insult.

And as for overwriting files: go for Mod Organizer. It shows you very good what mods are overwriting, and which are being overwritten. It also sorts your mods so that crucial information is not lost / overwritten by vanilla files e.g.

In case I totally misunderstood you: its always a viable method to hit the keyword UN7B into the nexus and the DL section here. Or take a closer look at "beautiful characters and how to create them". Just my 2 cents, of course. Good luck.

So it's better to have body mods installed in MO than NMM?

And for the research I've done many say the following install order is the best:

1. Skeleton

2. Body Replacer

3. Skin Textures

4. Hairs, Eyes, Brows, Lips

5. Animations

And for me I've installed the mods that I've wanted in the following way:

1. ~

2. UN7B (Packaged with Skeleton)

3. SG Female Textures >> Modified SG Female Textures

4. KS Hairdos 400, Eyes of Beauty, SG Brows

5. HDT Physics, FNIS Behavior Files, Immersive Animations, Dual Sheath Redux

MO did help me understand how mods do or do not work together. That's one advantage. Besides that it will inform you of missing masters (like when Dual Sheathe has been changed, or you miss master-files like "HDT high heels") and many other things.
For example it will let you see that hair mods don't conflict with the body. There are body types that do not work together with most hair mods (like demonica, I guess). But the most common skeleton (XP32 / Groovtama) does work very nice with every popular hair mod you can find, no matter the bodytype (CBBE / UNP / CHSBHC / TbD) you use.

As for the best installation order: always (!) put the skeleton to the bottom of your list, so that nothing may overwrite it. The skeleton has to be the master mod, so to say. Textures and meshes work together (skin & hair / eyes e.g. = texture, body = meshes), and don't conflict. Except when several mods do change the same things, of course. But a body mod will never conflict with an eye replacer for example.

The order of installing your mods: first body, than textures - that looks good. Hair can be installed first, since there is no conflict with body and skin. The HDT files should come last, only followed by the skeleton. Dual Sheath and immersive animations can be installed very early (after hair) since they are only overwritten by HDT & skeleton, not the body.

All this you can find out easily with MO, like I said. It helps understanding mods / modded Skyrim very much. It's more complicated than NMM, that's true. But after you get used to it, you will regret the time you had to fumble through your mods that caused your Skyrim to CTD. With MO, heavily modded Skyrim can run smoothly, without flaws.

But, regarding your first post: what exactly are you looking for, additionaly?
