Arrow stuck in spouse during animations

Hey guys, read the faq, troubleshooting guide, searched the forum, installed loot and cant seem to figure out whats wrong. It's a small issue, though irritating me quite a bit. 

 

There's seems to be a red arrow stuck in my spouse in skyrim (lydia) whenever sexlab animations play. I've removed all weapons from her person and also played with my mods in nexusmod but it doesn't go away.

 

Any way to see what file in meshes (in the skyrim folder) is causing it or would it be another issue?

Unfortunately I am unable to get one right now, if she is standing up during the animation it doesn't show, if she is on top then you can see it go through her lower region and through her back.
