Guest Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 Heyho, my question: all those SMP hairs seem to be wigs. Why that? What would happen if I would try to attach a .xml file directly to my current hair nif? What I mean, technically it should be feasible to treat the .nif of a hair the same way as you would do with your body .nif, shouldn't it? Did someone try it? If yes, what result did you get? If no, why not? The SMP plugin is fairly new compared to PE, so i don't know if it's possible yet to make hairs with it, instead of wigs, could be though. Regarding attaching the .xml file, i don't think turning a hair to SMP would be that simple, it uses a different way of adding physics to meshes than PE does (I think it applies the physics and collisions directly to the mesh instead of using invisible capsules, like PE does, but im not 100% sure) it also uses another engine for the physics, Bullet (PE uses Havok). Anyways this post is a compilation of hdt hairs, you should ask in the other topics about SMP since you're more likely to get help or advice there. Good luck .

I've used ingame and i didn't like the colours much so i changed the base texture of the hair to be white, and the bow to be black (The default is blonde hair with a lilac bow) i'm gonna attach it here later if anyone's interested or if you wanna include my version in the post too

Open console and put "help sophitia" (without the quotations), and it's gonna show the item code, then put "player.additem x 1" (x represents the item code and 1 is the desired quantity) and you'll find it inside your inventory . It's only wearable for females and you can change the colour in the racemenu.
