Load Order Guide WIP

I have added a load order guide to the misc. section of Gab's Boutique.  Please: someone who knows what they are doing, take a look at it.  I have attempted to add most of the known Lover's PK, BU Dungeon and Tamago mods to the list.  Once I get enough feedback I am going to submit it for the BOSS list. (I have been contributing to BOSS for years) I have also added the mods in my load order to the BOSS list for anyone who wants it there's a preliminary BOSS masterlist there too.
