The ones I have currently: The Lost Spires KOTN - Revelations Anduril Reforged and Heart of the Dead. Follower or quest; Am I missing anything good, maybe stuff not hosted on the Nexus?

And while I'm thinking of it, if you suggest Vilja, I'll rip your intestines out and play jump rope with them.
