CTD on sleeping in bed

Hi, I have a mod installed called Bathing Beauties and for some reason when I sleep in the master bed or any bed in the suite area the game CTD, tried asking them for help and had gotten nowhere so hoping this site can help me. Here is my load order I hope someone can help:

The problem is likely underground bathhouse. If memory serves, he requires all of his files to follow BBLS files, and that they happen  in a specific order. I believe I recall that he states it will CTD if you don't. I'm eating. go look at underground bathhouse, and see if i remember correctly.

I don't have underground bathhouse and I also have the same issue with BBLS causing a CTD when trying the sleep in the master bed. From what I understand, the issue may have to do with relocating the NPCs that are in the suite (male and/or female customers). If a NPC can't be correctly relocated then the game will CTD, and the only solution I've found is to just not sleep in the suite. The problem could be something else entirely but that's what I've gathered as the possible issue with the CTD, again I could be totally wrong though.

I checked, he doesn't mention anything involving a load order that I remember, or even BBLS.

The weird thing is, I've had BBLS and UB installed at the same time for almost a year or so now, it's lately that it's causing it to CTD. It's something to do with SKSE it seems, I don't know if it's because I have to use the beta release for Racemenu or something, but I'm at the point where I'm ready to just say fuck it and just use a different house to sleep for the lovers comfort and well rested perks, unless somehow someone can miraculously figure out what's wrong
