Ini ouestion

Hi after installing Real Vision following the  Modding guide here on LL i installed these ini's

 

I dont now nothing about this so i was just wondering if the ini are going to look like this

or am i to erase all the help text and advices or  does it mean anything at all?

 

Its maybe obvious but not to me so......

Just leave them as is; however there are a few bad and outdated edits.
