j.smith42 Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 I swear this game hates me. Ok, Let me start out by saying I have no debug logs for this error. What I do have is a screenshot that shows FONV loading the save and the one image I see before it crashes. Before you ask, yes everything is up to date and yes I've tried the beta, same issue. One major change from last post, this time I'm using TTW. It's worked fine so far, only real problem I ran into is the one I'm having. I was playing in the capitol wasteland, just left vault 106 and began walking toward Arefu. (I think that's the name), suddenly there was a CTD. I loaded the same save from me leaving the vault, and began walking towards Arefu again. This time, I ran into some raiders, defeated all but one, who, since I have the most recent version of sexout submit, activated the mod using auto surrender. At that moment, a box popped up claiming that I did not have the proper version of NVSE installed, which it labled as 4.6.3+. Problem is, I installed 4.7 beta 2 back when the last problem popped up. So I presumed that was the problem and I redownloaded and reinstalled the same version of NVSE that I did before. Then, I downloaded the most recent version of sexout, the .93beta7. Once I did that, I installed the AMRA animations and activated all of them. I loaded the game and save perfectly fine, then was presented with a spunk notice, informing me that I had the wrong version of something, but each version was earlier than the notice I had seen when I installed spunk the first time and forgot to install a requirement. oh, and I've posted my load order too, load order.txt
Wolfoftheshadows Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Same thing happened to me recently and from what I've found out so far or what I think I've found out is that it's reading the older version of sexout you had before and for some reason even if you uninstall it and reinstall it just doesn't fix the problem. I just ended up uninstalling/deleteing all my mods and haven't bothered to do it all over again. I'm trying to think here, but I think I did manage to get it to read the newer version , but other stuff broke. If I remember correctly I went in manually and get rid of all sexout related files and installed the new version through the fallout mod manager.
j.smith42 Posted April 12, 2015 Author Posted April 12, 2015 I'm using FOMM, even using the version prideslayer suggested... So I guess this means no sexout anymore I guess
zippy57 Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Problem is, I installed 4.7 beta 2 back when the last problem popped up. So I presumed that was the problem and I redownloaded and reinstalled the same version of NVSE that I did before. Considering the latest version is 4.6b3, that's quite a feat. Then, I downloaded the most recent version of sexout, the .93beta7.There are three things mentioned in the error message. I notice you only mentioned two of them in your post. What about the remaining one?
j.smith42 Posted April 12, 2015 Author Posted April 12, 2015 oh, lol oops, sorry, I did install NX 16. hmm... I downloaded NVSE from a post only a few weeks old. I'll download the one from the NVSE site and let everyone know what happened.
j.smith42 Posted April 12, 2015 Author Posted April 12, 2015 I think it's working, there's still an issue with sexout assault and animals, but I'm not that concerned about that. Still not sure why it broke so suddenly.
