Help choosing a Graphics Card ($200 or less)

Hey there!  I've got $200 set aside for a new Graphics card, and I was hoping for some suggestions.  I'm currently sporting a GIGABYTE GV-R775OC-1GI, and while it's served me well, it still hasn't gotten me past a Medium setting on Skyrim.  I have Amazon Prime and an account on Newegg, have 10 GBs of ram, and run Windows 7 64-bit on my Hewlett Packard computer.  Everything is stuffed in a larger computer case than what I bought it in and I'm using a larger power supply to run my current graphics card.  So, any suggestions?  Preferably for something I can get on Amazon or Newegg?  All the options available are just a string of numbers in my brain (not too tech savvy).  Again, I have $200 to spend.  Thanks!

That's actually the main problem I'm having......I have ZERO hardware skills.  It just looks like a bunch of pretty colors and strings of random letters and numbers to me!  I have no way of understanding if one is better than the other, which one has the quieter fan, what brand to stick to, if one is overcharging or another is a great deal.  I'm hoping that folks here with actual experience with various Graphics Cards can help me pick one out, and explain to me why it is the better choice in terms I can understand. ;

I currently have a GIGABYTE Nvidia GTX 750 Ti Windforce OC 2GB Edition card (Sorry for such a long name but I wanted to be accurate). It is pretty small, about 8 inches I believe so it'll leave room if you want/need it. It also requires low energy but I see you'd have no problem anyways. I can run Skyrim at ultra settings with the HD Texture Pack installed and run it at over 60 FPS.

 

I have an i5 CPU, and 8GB of RAM so if you have something similar in terms of CPU (you are good on RAM) you might get the same results. Best part for you: only $150.
