I noticed that when I go around over 200 plugins my game slows down I would like to make lovers with PK work with minimum there's.

Minimum lovers only requires these four:

 

Lovers with PK.esm

Lovers with PK.esp

LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp

LoversAnimObjectsPriority.esp

 

Course you don't have any functionality to do anything with just this, so adding in the three others you list would correct this just fine.
