This will only be possible once the file formats have been figured out, and talented modders with 3D app experience start making mods. Modding with uMod/texMod is very limited and will never achieve anything close to this.

 

People started modding DOA5 on Xbox360 almost as soon as the frst version of the game came out and they focused on mesh-modding pretty early on, so modding on consoles is literally years ahead of PC modding. Some of them probably started modding back on the original Xbox with DOAXBV/DOAU.

 

Go to http://g.e-hentai.org/and search for "Dead or Alive", some of those galleries show off some of the better console mods that have been made for either 360 or PS3. As far as I know, they were never made public. Look through the gallery that has Momiji wearing a skin-tight red suit.

The tools have most been updated to read the PC format and people are working on updating their 360 mods to PC as I type this... expect to be seeing stuff in the next week or two.
