Vuulgar Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 I am using nothing I havent before and for some reason the hair selection slider in racemenu goes up to ridiculous (even negative) numbers, 147,711 as an example. It give my pc a buzzed head and no other hair will show up. I am using Epic Elves with the CBBE files and I have all HDT as its worked in previous games. I was also trying to use Painted Lady for matching pubes but that slider doesnt show up at all. Fresh game and I have spent HOURS making sure all is updated and installed. To be clear I dont even have vanilla hair available...no more time atm, but I will try making another character later. HELP!!

I didnt have time but I will get a load order, I am using Loot and have actually tried moving a few items around without change. Another problem might be the installation order. I am pretty new to CBBE and Bodyslide, I am wondering about that combo with the Epic Elves race, Epic Elves has always been with 7BO body otherwise everything is pretty regular stuff... Anatriax Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 It might be. I've used CBBE/Bodyslide for a long time, and have never had any issues with it. I also know that I've been having performance issues with CoT, and have recently switched to Pure Weathers. Not only do the weather systems seem more realistic, but it's not as performance hungry, because it uses vanilla weather models. As far as Epic Elves goes, I have no clue. I use ECE, so not many mods that modify races are compatible.
Vuulgar Posted April 6, 2015 Author Posted April 6, 2015 To expand on what I have figured out on this issue, I made another game with in essence the same mod list (I went from memory and didnt compare to make sure it was exact) except this time I was curious to see if the problem carried over...with Skyrim Unbound after making the MCM selections I was sent to the character generation "room" where I was able to add hair as normal, the Painted Lady slider showed up like normal and all seemed good with the world so I chalked it up to one of those things. However after entering the game to play I decided to finish my PC looks and opened Racemenu only to find the Scar slider didnt remove the preset scar or offer other choices and when I looked at the hair tab the Painted Lady slider was again gone and the hair was impossible to change.
Anatriax Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 That's common with Racemenu. It does the same with warpaints. It basically adds them to the character's preset, and anything else you "add" is, in fact, added. One of the reasons I moved away from Racemenu, and went to ECE.
