I use Hentai Pregnancy along with the plug in Children + Soul Gems.

I like Hentai Pregnancy. It is quick and easy to use, and I can adjust chance for pregnancy on the fly as needed (if she gets raped by an Orc and a Dunmer in the same scene, for instance, I can have the Orc have a higher chance to impregnate her)

The only -actively- supported pregnancy mod right now is 'Beeing Female.'

 

It is feature rich, highly customizable, relatively bug free for the amount it does, and it is supported.

well looking at my savedata it would seem that DD Cursed loot is what keeps knocking my character up. Stupid perverted alchemy ingredients- wanting to infesting people with tentacle eggs. Though yeah Being Female is what I recommend- you can customize most every feature- from length of each cycle, overall chance of pregnancy, ease of washing out the vagina, to sillier thing like getting pregnant from anal sex, women, and support for various mods- like estrus charrus(oh god but that is dark) to insure they don't try and over right each other.
