trepleen Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 I made custom furniture and was able to attach an animation to it. The problem is that the 1st person animation does nothing! For example, when you sit in a chair it plays a 3rd person animation and a 1st person animation. The 1st person animation ensures the 1st person camera is set to the correct level of someone sitting in a chair. The question is, how can I animate the 1st person skeleton for my custom furniture?

So import the 1st person skeleton into 3d studio max, position the camera1st around the head height? 1. Do I need to create an actual 1st person animation in 3dsmax? 2. Can that animation be havok exported? Once I have 1stpersoncustomanimation.hkx, how would I attach that to my custom furniture? Sorry for the barrage of questions, I'm just not sure how the 1st person animations work.
