Weird console bug

I keep getting one error repeating over and over again in the console. Everything seems alright in-game, but its happening so much that the moment I close the console any commands I've typed in there disappear.

That form ID is for the conversation callback hook quest. It hasn't changed in months.

I've reinstalled everything I can, nothing seems to work. Something's gotten extremely fucked up with Tryout- The legion does one position (From behind, PC arms at sides) no matter what the dialogue says. Fiends only have a blowjob animation. Powder Gangers are hostile, can't test them. Reinstalling Tryout didn't fix that, either.

I am also getting this error in the console as well, which may not be Sexout related.
