Translation of Vicn's The Art of Mercy MOD

I've looked all around. I have no idea how to use the translation tool. If someone could post a link on how to use it or if someone is up for the challenge to translate his mod.

It is also on the nexus. It's an amazing quest mod that goes beyond most mods on the Nexus. You can fight Molag Bal, his dragon form, Mara, giant wisp mothers that fly like dragons, amazing.

 

But all I see are squares. -___-
