Perk that slows time if character is about to die.

I remember having a perk that, before the finishing blow is dealt to the dovahkin, time would slow down automatically, giving me enough time to evade. I cant remember the mods name tho. I want it. Can any body help me out? Thanks in advance.

I don't recognise it but it sounds like something from SPERG or a similar mod, it does ring a very vague bell and I did look at some of those perk overhauls.

and any spell that "slows time", i think Midas magic has an "enhanced" version that has one. but you might want one that slows it for less time

 

you can smart cast the slow time to when you're less than any % HP

I also thought it was SPERG but I couldnt find the perk. Pretty sure it was under the Illusion tree.

Good Idea but thats not it. In the perk im looking for time is slowed as an enemy's attack is about to hit me. Not when my health goes below a certain point.
