Basically I had a working load order and then I downloaded some new mods and then put them in the wrong load order. I attempted to fix the issue by adjusting the load order which made the problem worse. now I cant remember where anything is supposed to be. Three hours later im here begging for help. If it matters im useing NMM, skyUI, SKSE, and FNIS. here are screen shots of my current load order.

The first thing I would do is to dump NMM for MO.  But that's up to you - MO has just been extremely helpful for me in figuring out problems like you're describing.

I copied this from another post here on LL some time ago, so I'll post it here to give you a general idea of the order of different types of mods:

Skyrim.esm
Skyrim.exe
Update.esm
Dawnguard.esm

Unofficial Dawnguard patch
Hearthfire.esm

Unofficial Hearthfire patch
Dragonborn.esm

Unofficial Dragonborn patch
Schlongs of Skyrim.esm
Sexlab.esm
SexlabAroused.esm
Hentaipregnancy.esm

-HDtexturepacks

-clothingmods
-immersionmods

Sexlabdefeat.esp
-racemenumods
SkyUI.esp
-questmods
Schlongs of skyrim.esp
-SoScockshapemods
Sexlabromance.esp
Sexlabsolutions.esp
-*Any other Sexlab Mods*

-gameplayeffects&changesmods
-sortingmods
-magicmods
-hairmods
-companionmods (Alicia, Vilja, Elly...)
-altenatestartmods
-Racemods
-bashedpatchandotherdynamicpatches

I tried to update MO today and it totally screwed up my mod list.  But I was able to get things straightened out pretty quickly by following that general guideline.

Running LOOT is also a big help if you haven't done so.

I can't see anything horribly wrong with your load order, but I didn't analyze it in detail.  Couple of things:

* Did the LOOT report tell you you were running any dirty mods or missing any masters?

* Did you modify SKSE.ini to enlarge the memory blocks Skyrim uses?  http://wiki.step-project.com/Skyrim_Script_Extender

My SKSE.ini reads as follows - the larger memory blocks do help a lot:

[Memory]
DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768
ScrapHeapSizeMB=384
ClearInvalidRegistrations=1

* Are your save game files bloated? (eg, more than 7k to 12k max)? If so, perhaps the "ClearInvalidRegistrations" line in SKSE.ini will help. Also, if they are be sure to run SaveCleaner to check for orphan scripts?  http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31724/?

* Are you running Papyrus logs?  They will show you what the game is doing while it's crashing.  Try installing Papyrus.  You probably already have it anyway, but  double check.  Turn on logs in Skyrim.ini by changing the line "bEnableLogging=0" to 1.  Run the game, crash, post the log here (preferably inside spoilers if it's very long, as they tend to do).

I'll check back after while - going to be busy til this afternoon but maybe another of our wise and experienced posters can jump in :)

Hang in there.  I've felt exactly like you're saying before.  It took me weeks to finally get my Skyrim stable enough to play.  Of course, I was a dummy and kept adding/removing mods and tipping the whole thing over.  :)   But the good folks here talked me down off of my ledge and I finally got it to work.

By the way, I almost forgot this:  I note that you're running some mods that alter experience rate.  I was doing the same (didn't want smithing or enchanting to raise my level) until Sacremas recommended SkyTweak, an MCM utility that allows you to change every skill increase individually to your preference - or after you've maxed a skill, set it to zero.

I was then able to dump 3 more mods that were messing with experience.
