I don't recall if GGblackmail actually messes around with the fame/infamy stats, but it did touch lightly upon the story progression of the main character from everyday hero > hero of Kvatch > Champion of Cyrodiil, actually I don't even know if the mod did anything extra for Champion.

 

Still the bases of it was that it gave the PC a character and have the NPCs response to it, and then the PC herself also reacts to the events that are happening.

 

Skyrim is lighter in that department it pretty much go straight from prisoner > dragonborn. Which is something I don't like, but i don't think it is too un-salvageable.

somehow oblivion seems to have been easier to mod for, having strippers and such
