shirow Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Well, I've already installed oblivion few times with plenty of mods together. I've done some really bad installation and improved myself everytime I've done it. My last installation had few bugs, missing textures, and sometimes crashes but I still could play this way. Now I'd like to ask since it's been a while since my last time with oblivion, which mod to overhaul oblivion should I take ? ( Some mods that is going well to use with lovers with PK). I'm aware that it may have been asked many times before but I saw some + or - "recent" and now I'm a little lost about what is going well together. As body remplacer I know what to use it will be ok, but it's more about the gameplay/environnement/overhaul. If you can help me on that it will be easier for me to not ruin everything by putting few mods that are not working well together .
QuiteTheTail Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Overhauls: I use FCOM Convergence 1.0 with LAPF and works fine so far. The standalone versions of Frans, MMM or OOO should be even more compatible. The hardest part was setting the right load order. For environment and gameplay mods I will let other speak, as I use very few (low end machine). EDIT Should you need help for setting up the load order, I'd be happy to lend a hand. Just send me a PM.
shirow Posted March 11, 2015 Author Posted March 11, 2015 I'll try to make a good install of FCOM Convergence, follow step by step everything and not screw everything up (and make a good backup). Before installating a "lot of mods" at the same time and realise that something went wrong a long time ago.
