Suddenly having random CTD after dialogue

The thing I can't figure out with this is that it isn't consistent. Sometimes I'll crash after dialogue, sometimes I won't. Sometimes it's sex related, sometimes it isn't. I can't seem to figure it out. I believe I'm using the latest versions of NG and SCR and NVSE 4.6.2.

Edit: Okay, 90% sure it has something to do with Spunk but I can't figure out what it is. Only say that because I updated my Tryout this morning and suddenly I can't get through any dialogue without CTD unless my Spunk is disabled.

And if you disable Spunk then everything begins working again?

 

If so, generate a spunk debug log and attach it. I believe there are instructions in the spunk thread, but if not, it'll just be some MCM option in spunk and an SCOF line you must enter in the console.

I was just doing that now. Here is the file.

 

It's very curious. I tried removing all the active scripts using the debug tool provided in Spunk but I still get the crash when I start dialogue afterwards. I tried doing that and removing all Spunk related perks. The strange thing about this is that I could at least get through some dialogue the last time I played, but after updating Tryout this morning I haven't been able to unless I deactivate Spunk. Furthermore, I'm not particularly learned in code, but there doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary in the log.
