Game crashes on start up

I'm not sure what is going on. I added a couple new mods and the game crashes on the loading screen. Even if the mods are removed. Any help would be appreciated. I have ran FNIS and LOOT. I tried to run the requiem patch and it said

If it crashes on startup it means you're missing a file that a mod depends on. And it appears you've already been told that by your patcher.

 

Find the missing file (TES5Edit can find it/them for you), add it, and you're good.
