gregathit Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 No we can't. You didn't post your load order and we don't know what else you have installed. Somewhere along the line you have installed something that deleted the hands from the cuffs\shackles. What mod that was is impossible for us to tell. Without seeing your LO we can't even begin to guess.
