Alpia Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 reinstalling the whole game just because of a error is completly (sorry) retarded in 90% of all cases if you have errors its mostly some script error and script errors are in the savegame so reinstalling is again stupid in most cases. Did you try to simply use the command "epc" (enableplayercontrols)? Why don't you simply go back to a savegame where it worked or start a new game (highly unlikely but anyway) If the error is also on new games you obviously have something installed thats causing it simply revert what you have done also allways make backups of your stuff this should be common sense.
Cynical Misanthrope Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Animations.esp is known to cause these very issues. You need to go into MCM and tick/untick something called "safe mode" or "shield mode" something. Don't know which one atm, since I don't have Skyrim installed.
