LTD Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 I'm still sorting all this out, but instead of bashing my head in on this one problem I'm hoping maybe someone here has some ideas. First, odd as it is, so far things seem to be all working. Started up a new game, got the settings up and running like the pop ups told me and ducked out for dinner. After, loaded up and I get a message saying 'Lovers with PK: no plugin installed MeniQue! Read carefully the readme to a modification'. Everything still seemed to initialize properly, however, and all the spells are there. So I tested with the first zombie and he was quite horny...raped my PC 3 times! So. Hmm. I dunno... Steam version, appears mostly setup right. I'm still trying to get a full handle on squeezing a few outstanding mods into the Bash via Wrye Bash, but while I'm doing that, please take a look at the load order of the mods I'm using and maybe one of you more experienced folks can shed some light on it for me (I've been pooring over people lists and have heavily tweaked this by hand, so I probably messed something up)? Thanks in advance! EDIT: strange new symptom, the voice is stuck on the ugly default grunt. I made this character with one of the MBP wood elves, could that be the problem with the voice?
Iris86 Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 oh that... when it says you need menique, is saying something about menuque instead, here http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=32200 to run the new lovers with some new stuff... and maybe some stuff you might consider irrelevant (like gaining xp to improve your sex skills), you will also need something else that you will get an advise for later, oh btw, to change your voice, use your sex & exploits spell on self, you can change a lot of stuff there including your voice(during sex, the default voice still applies for fighting), take care and hope i was helpful oh btw, lovers aphrodisia and lovers joburg may work fine together in the new expansion, but they do and they will clash with each other... being basically the same thing and you will get raped if naked for too long in aphrodisia while you get raped randomly in joburg, consider which one you like better and get rid of the other or you will get a rape fest every 5 minutes and it gets boring after a while, because the part where aphrodisia revives your character and gets it raped when defeated almost never works

That mod requires that you have MenuQue installed as one of its prerequisites. MenuQue can be downloaded from here: http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=32200 It would be best if you read the OP for lovers extender as this is bit complicated to set up properly. Link: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=389 As to your load order: LoversAdultPlayPlusforSSP.esp <----pick one you can't use both! This is the latest version and you need to use it since you are using LoversVoiceSSPplus.esp LoversAdultPlayPlus.esp LoversCreature_SexualOrgans.esp <---this needs to be merged into your bashed patch and disabled. It should never be enabled during play. LoversRapeStruggle.esp <---this is another complicated plugin in that you need to read the OP (and maybe skim the thread) to understand how to setup and use it. LTD Posted March 4, 2012 Author Posted March 4, 2012 Thanks for the tips guys. That MenuQue was the main thing I wasn't getting. I have been trying to use the spell to change voice, that's what hasn't been working. I should have been more clear on that. Any ideas what might be causing it? I'd love to get this running so I can actually play a bit before Mass Effect 3 comes out Tuesday! lol
gregathit Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 LTD, Specifically what spell or spells are you using to try to change voices? Also when you say grunt are you talking about stuff during sex or combat/other? Lovers setting only cover moans and such during sex, they have no control what so ever on all other things. To change voices/grunts at all other times you will need to use the CS to make the alteration.
