Ningheim and Better Vampires not working

I got my game all set up and ready to play a Ningheim Vampire but this time when the alternate start turned me into one. i only got Flagged as a vampire

No Undead Keyword and No Vampire Keyword, BV scripts not running. I cant feed either and i dont got the ningheim vampire eyes

 

im using MO and ive got like nothing installed atm and only a bare bones load order (20 esm/esp's) id post it but im not sure how

 

but ive got the race compatibility mod and all unoffical patches and DLC

ive had it working before flawlessly thats what has me so confused

 

any Ideas?

Sometimes Better Vampires does not change the race properly on custom races. Usually when this happens I will change the race myself to the vampire version of whatever race I am playing and it works fine.
