[request] dread queen smite mod

Hi, I was wondering if someone could create a smite serqet dread queen mod, http://i.imgur.com/4B7Bs51.jpgIm very open to ideas, Maybe an armor that changes the entire character. Ive seen that before. Maybe a race edited from the argonian.  I would love if whatever someone decides if they could make it for cbbe bodyslide. If thats possible that would be great. thanks again
