This is crazy, no matter what i do the rar file is automaticly deleted from my system by Windows defender.. What can i do to use yamatai patch ?

I downloaded the yamatai patch and copied it on the game, opened it first, set the hotkeys, I pressed them and Lara's size didn't change nor the jiggle

A shame that him abandoned this mod because it looks good. Wish he was less an asshole, because the "read me" included in the mod makes you see him like that.

Does anyone know how to add in the dirt maps into a mod? I'm using Irastrus' nude mod, since I prefer that body, but it seems like the dirt maps have been removed.
