No Animations

Hi, I'm trying around with Sexlab and I can't get the animations to run. Some parts work, people get naked, the mouth opens up during a blowjob, but the persons remain standing for up...

So maybe someone could have a quick look at my loading order if I messed up somewhere

On some other animations the game also just plainly crashes,

did you FNIS installed properly? without FNIS no animations!

Ok, i tired that (used Mod organizer to install FNIS before). That now makes men get naked during sex scenes instead of wearing underwear. But the actors are still just standing opposite to each other (naked), women opening their mouths for blowjobs, but most other sex scenes just don't show animations

It could be a skeleton problem. Some mods (custom bodies, mainly) conflict with the XP32/XPMSE skeleton required to use SexLab animations.

There's a specific order in which the skeleton needs to be installed. Realistic Ragdolls followed by FNIS, *then* The skeleton. Using MO you should be able to uninstall/reinstall in the correct order to get it to work.

Don't forget not to just install FNIS you also have to run the generator.exe if you installed fins and run the generator.exe there is no way it dosen't work

GenerateFNISforUsers wasn't solving my animation problems at first (everyone was stuck in the "T" pose no matter how many times I ran it), but then I figured out how to run it from inside MO.

Same program, same location, but for some reason suddenly it fixed my animation problems.

Now I need to figure out why creatures only animate about half the time. FNIS doesn't fix it, and neither does the "Reanimate" mod. In fact, even now when I'm running through the outdoors my character will suddenly go "T" for half a second before animating again.

My Skyrim is broken and I've spent most of the week trying to unbreak it. Meanwhile I've learned a great deal, but I only want the damned game to function as it should. Learning is for geeks!

(Oh, wait, I'm a geek! )

Well, most normal animations work, just the Sex stuff is broken, the fighting works fine. Although I cannot kneel when I'm told to kneel and then I get attacked, kinda annoying, but not the biggest problem...

Ok, tried moving sstuff arounbd a bit, but this is the maximum of animations I can get, so maybe someone has another suggestion...
